lost 60..stalled for 2 months. heavy exerciser.. 6 days week of 1hr of mixed up types of cardio with 5 day min of 45 mins weights or leg/ab/core ect workouts.

Was at 1400 calories day...sometimes less. Been told body is probably starving and my body is holding every morsel of food.....and I am trying a 2 week UP to maintenance mode(well..slightly under)...then will bring it back down to a more reasonable calorie number for fat burn.. possibly 1600?

Fear= weight gain. We are programed... eat less...you will lose. And this has worked..up till now. Have about 20 more to go..and its going to possibly be the hardest 20 I have ever lost.. I plan not to weigh till July 1...2 weeks off...2 week back on the "diet" track..

I am already..today..having a hard time eating this much food. Any suggestions to GOOD foods to eat...that are not heavy.. I'm already maxed on nuts ;)
