I am having the opposite problem
It's hard to reach my caloric goal, now that I get ~1k calories burn 4-5 times a week... You might get away with not eating 200 "housekeeping" calories, but this, no way
Hang in there, and remember that this is a long term thing, and that even your goal has a built in deficit. If what it takes for you to feel good, go to sleep and wake up with the right mindset is to go over today, then do it, feel good about it, and keep going on this journey0
