I was wearing some capris the other day that were kinda loose in the waist. But it was the 2nd time I wore them, so I just figured they were loose from wear. I put them on this morning after taking them out of the dryer and they were still loose!!! So I decided to take my measurements.
First my recent history, measurements take May 5, 2012:
L thigh--21 3/4"
R thigh--22"
Hips--41"
Waist--34 1/2"
Navel--35"
Today's measurements:
L thigh--21" (down 3/4")
R thigh--21" (down 1")
Hips: 38" (down 3")
Waist--33 1/2" (down 1")
Navel--34" (down 1")
that's a total of 6 3/4"---ALMOST 7 DAMN INCHES!! in a month!!!
I usually try to track these numbers at least once a month, but sometimes it can go 2-3 months. FYI--my scale hasn't changed in 2-3 weeks but by 1-2 pounds. I'm not doing anything fancy except 30-45 mins of cardio 3-4 times a week plus weight training. Plus I watch what I eat. I did try to start a Jillian Michaels 30 day circuit last week, but only did 3 days. I am 5'5" and still weight around 175.
