Miracle noodles?

So, I just bought a new product called miracle noodles. The company claims that these 'noodles', 'pasta', and 'rice' are gluten free, soy free, lactose free, gain free, sugar free, salt free, and CALORIE FREE!
Has anyone else tried them? I ate a bag for the first time today and, honestly, they were really good! I am just worried that they are going to have some weird metabolic effect. They are made from the Konnyaku Root which is indigenous to Japan.
Did anyone notice weight gain from eating them?
If you havent seen these before then check them out and let me know what you think!

They're also known as shirataki noodles and I've heard a pretty common food item in Japan. I wouldn't worry. A lot of people eat them and I've never heard of negative effects.0
