Need some exercise advice for possibly losing more.

I started out almost 3 weeks ago at 230LB. I have lost 8LB as of today. Before I started this diet I didn't exercise at all. Since day one of my MFP start date I have exercised 5-6 days/week. I usually only ride the stationary bicycle anywhere from 30-45 minutes, two or three days /week I do a work out video such as 30 day shred. I don;t know if any of that is helping much, should I be doing much more to help lose weight faster or am I doing well for now being that I went from no exercise at all to doing something almost everyday?
