Ways to burn around 200 cals at home

Does anyone know any good ways (or ways in general, I'm not fussy lol) to burn around 200 calories off at home? I mainly want to do it in the evenings when I cant really get out, could do with a little boost! Like jogging on the spot or anything like that? If you could say what and how long for, that would be great! xD

I know there are better ways, like going running or swimming or going to classes and joining a gym, but I was thinking of doing this as well as. Every little helps right?! Lol. Thanks :)

Oh btw, if it helps, im about 55kg (121 lbs).
