    That is so awesome!!! I recently ran 10 minutes without stopping. Every couple of days I added 2 minutes, so first 10, then 12, then 14, and no I can do 20. It's such a a great feeling to set a goal, and then accomplish it! I love hearing about these moments when exercise finally clicks for people. Keep up the good work, I bet you can do 2 miles next :)
