    Hmmm 42g of this mix would be 190 calories? :noway:

    ...42g is a half a cup isn't it? ...or am I totally off?

    I'm not sure, but I ate trail mix yesterday that looked similar and found out each serving was 1/4 cup! So I ate 8 servings!! Trail mix is one of those "looks healthy but has a lot of calories" foods!

    Yah but at least those calories have some nutrition in them, unlike if you had a tub of ice cream or load of candy. Nuts are very good for you.
