I've had a rough few years and thought it affected my emotionally as in closed off to cope with things. I can intellectually make a great plan, stick to it and see it through to the end. I'm doing it with the fitness and weight loss, retraining job wise etc. I thought the rough patch was the issue but i've started eating angus burgers over the last 10 days. I feel fantastic about 30 minutes to an hour after eating them. I eat them with lettuce wrap and cheese.
I've been taking a multivitamin and cod liver oil for the last few months, can anyone shed any light on what's going on? is it in my head or a reaction from the angus burgers. I don't tend to eat red meat at all.

It could be in your head. It could also not be. Changes in food can definitely have an impact on mood. I tried low carb for awhile once, and the mood swings just about killed me.0
