Hi there,
I'm 43 (44 next month), 5'10" and even though I haven't really been classified as overweight; currently at 171lbs and looking to get down to 166lbs... I've never really had a toned or muscular body. My body fat ratio is around 26%, and I know that if I were to get down to below 17%, the muscles I do have will probably show up more....
So, how many 40+ males out there, that maybe need to loose 5 to 8 pounds, but add muscle as well? What are you doing to change how you look, what exercising are you doing.. what does your workout routine look like?
Cheers,
SilMarillion.
