Well, I'm a day late but tonight is slow cooker pulled pork - cuban flavored. (Last night was leftovers, much less exciting).

The bakery around the corner made fresh bread today. Like it's still warm. And I am having a few slices with butter and cheese :) Not the best carbs wise but who cares. It's delicious *_*

    I /want/ deep fried pickles.
You have to have flour and milk, and we don't have either, so I am most likely gonna eat homemade pizza for like the fifth day in a row, but don't get me wrong, I want deep fried pickles, right now.

dip the pickle wedges or slices in a beaten egg and then roll them in corn meal or panko. Bake at 400 until browned

Cottage Cheese Quiche and Szechuan Asparagus (Pictsweet brand)

    2 cups cottage cheese
    2 beaten eggs

mix together and add quiche like "stuff". I added lump crab meat, green onion, slivered almonds, mozzarella cheese (just a tbsp to melt on top). I loaded into 4 ramekins and baked for about 35 minutes @ 400 degrees.

    So good!
