Moobs and Belly

Hey Guys,

Looking for strength training plans to help transform the moobs and the belly. I'm hoping to ease into it slowly. One of my pitfalls in attempting weight training is going gung ho too early and fizzling out.

Any ideas you might have are welcome.

    LOL -- Moobs! I've never heard that before. LOL!

    I get it about fizzling out -- I do this about everything including hobbies and tv shows. I've been gung-ho working out for over a month by setting short- and long-term goals. Long -- to lose 32 lbs. Short -- to be able to ride my bike to school, to fit into a size 8 before summer's out, etc. This helps -- I've already met my first short-term goal of losing a pants size!

    As a girly-sarcastic-girl, I also drew a giant cupcake with fangs (see NatalieDee.com) with the words, "It's All About Choices" underneath. :) I put it right by the potty so I (and my boyfriend) can see it constantly. I'm thinking about embroidering something that says, "One Day at a Time" underneath a curvy girl figure. I'm trying to remind myself to stay in the game, no matter what. :)
