How are you logging the workouts? I only started yesterday so I didn't bother with it last night.

I just added an exercise and used an estimate of calories since I don't have a clue what I actually burn. I use 300 but I keep in mind that that might be a high estimate. Aside from having a HRM - which I'd like to get for Christmas - my guess is all I can really go on.

I did it both monday and tuesday and wore my HRM and then just to compare I checked the different ones that were loaded......the Calisthenics Vigorous Effort was right on both days.

Good to hear. I had asked the question on another site and got an answer of 450. That seemed high, but I didn't really think about it. Then, a thread on here I mentioned that. I changed my #. I don't mind being a little off, but not that far.

I would guess the calories burned would be different for each level? Level 3 is kicking my butt. Maybe I'm about 300 now anyway.
