Help! I need to get back on track!

I have been extremely busy lately and am starting to get off track with my eating and exercise habits! I am currently working on my Masters Degree online which requires a lot of time and motivation and I also just started a new job on Monday. I have been having a hard time eatling healthy and actually logging all of my calories! My weight loss has also slowed over the last couple of weeks but I feel it is because I am not giving myself enough time to exercise. I know I can't make excuses and I know I will get back on track, but could really use some support/motivation/encouraging words!
