What to do with turnips?

I belong to a CSA and received turnips in my share this week. I have never made them before and wondered if anyone had a favorite way to eat them that they would like to share?

Yum. Peel and cut into chunks. Roast in oven with a little olive oil and sea salt. 350 for 35-45 mins. Yummmmmmm

I made mashed turnips and sweet potatoes once. With just a little bit of butter and salt. It was pretty tasty! :-)
