Hello! So I read a post the changing calories on a daily basis can help you get over a weight loss plateau. Like one day 1600, one day 1200, 1400, etc.. Anyone try this?? Does it help?? Also, after I workout if I have leftover calories, I want to eat them at night, is this realllly bad?? Or should I not those calories. I do tend to get hungry at height, bc I stay up till 12:00 usually... Any tips appreciated.

I zig-zagged for a while and it helped me get over my plateau, but I couldn't sustain it for more than a couple of months. The plan I was on allowed for a 2100 calorie day once a week and I alway ate way more than that once I got started.0

I can't answer on zigzaging, but I can answer on late-night eating. The question is whether you are hungry because of the calories you've burned, or if you are hungry because you are up late. If it is the former, then you should eat. The only reason not to eat before bed is if you have a tendency to heartburn or something. If it is just because it's late, so your body starts thinking about snack, the correct thing to do is to go to bed already.0

I just started yesterday.. I will report back in a week, to see if it worked or not.
Yesterday was 1800, today is 1400 and tomorrow will be 1600. I will be alternating between these 200-400blocks
GOOD LUCK!
I wont restrict too much cuz being on a 1,200 cal diet is not worth it.
ask yourself this question: "CAN I EAT LIKE THIS FOREVER TILL THE DAY I DIE?" If the answer is NO then you should probably fix your cal intake to what you can get use to daily and what safe/ healthy
Usually daily for me is 1,900
TRY THIS!
