So I've lost 57lbs so far, in just under a year which I am very pleased about, but I still have more to go. Around 20-25 I think.
Lately I'm not losing, I know that its partly because of being too social on weekends, but also I'm just not sure if my cal level is right.
I weigh 73.9 kilos (11 stone 8.5) and am 5ft 2. I have it set as sedentary as I have a desk job and I get 1280 to net a day.
On a normal day I get up, walk 550m to the tram stop, get on the tram, get off the tram and walk 600 m to work.
At lunch I sometimes walk to the shops or round the park, 2km return.
After work I walk 600m to the tram, then get off the tram and walk 300m to the gym, Then I do my class, then I walk 1km home.
All the time lugging a gym bag.
I go to the gym every day Monday-Friday so a fair bit of walking.
Is sedentary right as the only exercise I log is my class.
Thanks!

Hey there! Check out the scooby calculator:
http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
You input height, weight, age, etc and it will tell you your BMR, TDEE, and daily calories for weight loss. Good luck!0 -
I would be upping your activity level. If you aren't logging all that walking as exercise you should have it factored into your daily activity.0
