Polar FT4 - waterproof?

Is the polar ft4 strap waterproof? What about the watch? I'm going to try a water class (chlorinated outdoor pool) tomorrow and wasn't sure if I could wea my HRM.

    I used mine in the pool at the gym a few times. As long as you don't push any buttons on the watch whilst you are in the water (that would break the seal) it works fine. Not sure if the pool was chlorinated or not though.
