21 lbs since September & OPTIMISTC!

I started this journey in September, after seeing some things for the fall didnt fit me from the previous year. I have been doing Zumba class but, not really going FULL on them so, decided to really start! I was not very "strict" on things but, i tried.
In December, I noticed some serious mood issues that were literally scaring me and causing me to be in tears 5 out of 7 days a week, and realized that my abnormal hair loss was worse then I thought. I had gotten my hair cut and the hair dresser, who is also a friend of mine, noticed 3 bald spots...(2) were small, looked like small scars in my scalp, but the 3rd was about the size of a golf ball. I have since been in to see an Endocrinologist and Dermatologist and get my blood work looked at, thinking it was my thyroid. They still dont know exactly what is causing it but, I think it is the beginnings of Hypothyroidism since I have an enlarged Thyroid, but my numbers dont reflect it. Waiting for my follow-up in July to figure out the next step.
BUT, in waiting for that, I have decided to start focusing a little bit more on my Journey. I have been taking a Multi-Vitamin everyday, watching my sugar intake as much as possible, since I am also Hypoglycemic, and TRYING to get out and get moving. I started back to Zumba in January and focused more on doing it "right" and tried to move as much as I could. Unfortunately, having a 2 yr old and it being cold, and not having a house I can actually do DVD workouts in, i didnt do much other then Zumba. But, I still stayed focused on my Calorie and Sugar intake.
As of right now, from September, to June 1, I have lost 21 lbs and feeling better about myself...and my mood issues have not nearly been what they were in Decemeber (then again the holiday stress probably added to that as well). I put clothes away last year that I couldnt wear and, I have since pulled a couple of those shirts back out. I have about 30 lbs left to go to get to my personal goal and then we will see what happens after that! I am not sure if ONEderland is in my future, since i already have SOME muscle and i am 6'2" but, here is looking ahead!!
MEASUREMENTS since September:
WAIST: -4 (47" to 43")
BUST: -4.5 (48" to 43.5")
HIPS: -2.5 (47" to 44.75)
THIGHS:
R: -2 (26.5" to 24.5")
L: -2 (26.75" to 24.75")
ARMS:
R: -.75 (14.5" to 13.75")
L: -1.5 (15" to 13.5")
WEIGHT: -20.6 (250.8 to 230.2)
