every morning for breakfast i've got into the habit of having chopped banana with about 10-15 raspberries and an activia yogurt all mixed together and i really like it but i've just adjusted my profile to show how much sugar i'm having and since logging this breakfast i'm already over on my sugar count! but i reeeally love my fruit does anyone have any thoughts on this? i know the nutritional value of fruit is obviously really good for you but i want to shift this excess weight...

Hi,
there are a couple of other threads here regarding the same question, and people will give varying responses. IMO, I would not avoid fruit b/c of the sugar, as it has so many other nutrients to offer.0 -
Natural sugar is different than processed sugars too.
Just a thought :flowerforyou:0
