Dissapointing 1st week

I'm eating right and working out and gaining which is very disappointing to say the least. I always get to this point where I'm doing everything I need to do and I see no results and end up quitting.. I'm not going to quit this time but I am getting discouraged.

    C'mon. Give your body some time to adjust.

    Do not be discouraged!! This happens to all of us. When you change everything so quickly it can throw your body into shock it needs time to get out of the shock. keep it up the weight will come off and sometimes you can not go by a scale you have to measure your self you could be loosing inches and not even realize it. And you may have to tweak your calories intake because all our bodies are different. Keep it up you will be amazed when you see if come off.
