Did Day 1 WK 6 Couch to 5K training
What would I have done differently?
Did some toning or strength training exercises. I'm having a hard time doing this, I know I need it.

Stay within my calories, drink water, exercise

Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
No. I was under about 450 cals
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
absolutely not - I saw a 2.2 pound weight gain
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
It was my "day off" and I felt miserable
What would I have done differently?
despite it being my day off, I should have done something to get those endorphins running through me, would have made me feel better

Stay calm; get through back to back swim & training0 -

Yes, finally

Yes on the calories. Knew I wasn't going to exercise.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Finally stayed within my calories.
What would I have done differently?
Gotten more rest.

Finally get back to exercising after a week hiatus.0 -

No - went over but not by a lot
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes and no, went over on calories but did fit in 30 minutes of walking
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
:happy: found a way to fit in a walk by parking at the Y where my daughter had swim team practice, then walking 15 minutes to pick up my son from daycare and the two of us walked back to the Y to pick up my daughter ...
What would I have done differently?
shouldn't have had that 1/2 bagel before bed .. didn't need it or enjoy it and it put me over on calories

Stay within my calories, drink water, exercise (already did 65 minutes this morning .. yeah!)

Didn't track, but my guess is that I went over

Didn't set one, but had hoped to work out, but a darn meeting ran long and then I came down with a migraine :explode:

Celebrated my 9th anniversary with hubby
What would I have done differently?
tracked things and maybe not had the baked potato and had mixed veggies instead
