Hey everyone,

My name is Jay and I'm in the midst of re-vamping my entire life. I'm 36 years old and recently lost my job due to a site closure and now find myself back in school to become a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I figure if I'm going to have to look for new job, it might as well be something I love doing and this is a good opportunity to re-invent myself.     Thanks everyone, I'm excited and nervous but that comes with any change. It will nice to finally be living stress free, having fun with what I do, and helping people make positive changes to their own lives. I can't wait to get started down this new road in my life!!
