Good morning!

Yay! 2 more pounds! woo hoo! It looks like I am finally off the plateau... well, having said that, I will probably be up next week! (fickle fat)

I have been horrible about the gym since I got back from the back to back Vegas/camping trip. But I have done pretty well in the food selections and calorie intake.

If I can get over the guilt of missing my evening video chat with my deployed DH, I will go to the gym tonight.... but as I woul dnormally go right after work, I have a person meeting me at my house to provide a quote on window film.... this 100+ degree weather in mid-TX is killing my A/C!!! I need help to cut down on the heat!

    Mornin all

I stayed way under in my cals yesterday and got another "run" in last night. I will need to take a break today my leg hurts (it is weird almost 3 years after breaking my leg I can still feel one of the breaks when I run) and I need to find a good brace or support to wear on my foot under my tennis shoes.

Hope yall have a great day

    way to go lleanak!

smadag be sure you get that brace - my hubby still feels his broken leg from like 20 years ago - especially when it's been raining. Your shoes make a huge difference too!

Enjoyed a HUGE dinner last night at a pizza parlor- purposely ate up! So good! Did a new kickboxing class for an hour burned almost 500 calories - and it was SO fun!!!! I loved it! So strength tonight...

I have tried several braces I just can not find one that fits under my shoes. What does you rhubby do about the pain from his broken leg?

    Kick butt Chrissy!!!

I have never broken my leg, but I dislocated my hips when I was 18 (car accident, spend 2 months in a body cast) and I still hurt after i do a hard jog on pavement. I just cater to the pain on day two. II am not sure what the pain stems from for you guys.... I know mine is arthritis.

Any better if you have ibuprofen before and after runs?

I have a touch of arthritis in my hips and my tailbone - advil before and after does help - smadag maybe it would help you too - can't hurt to try.
