Attention Coffee Lovers! My Recipe for Skinny Lattes

I've been counting the calories for awhile, and the thought of drinking a meals worth of calories bothers me greatly. I'm a huge Starbucks fan, but I can't tolerate the "Skinny" beverages, and 100 calories plus some of the drinks have are still too many for just coffee.
That's why I have created my own version of Starbucks Lattes, that only cost me around 45 calories per drink. This method saves calories and money, which I am all for!
So here's the lowdown:
1.) Brew your favorite brand of coffee (I use the Starbucks Via packets for convenience - The Columbia Blend)
2.) If you use the SB Via, I heat a mug of water for around 2:30-3:00 minutes in the microwave
3.) In a mug or travel tumbler add 1-2 Tablespoons of your favorite Sugar Free Torani Flavored Syrup
4.) Heat 1/2 C Skim milk in a heat safe container for 1:00-1:20 in the microwave
5.) Since I use the SB Via packets I add my syrup first, then my Via packet, milk, and then the water and mix together
6.) If you are using your own brewed coffee add your syrup, then milk, and top with coffee and mix together
Note: Some flavored coffees contain 5 or more calories per serving so this will up the calorie count. 1/2 C Skim Milk has 45 calories.
Also, if you invest in a cheap frother, you can have wonderful frothy topped cappies for the same amount of calories.
