Hi my name is Kara - I'm 41 and recently decided to make a huge change in my life pertaining to exercise and nutrition. I'm a mother of four and don't have much time to myself. Any advice is much appreciated.

I am a fairly competitive athlete (bicycling) and find myself gaining weight more easily in my middle age and I want to reverse that trend. I put on about 5 extra pounds over Christmas and have not kept up the motivation to lose it. I like this app because it's pretty detailed and I can customize it to meet my needs. One problem is that I think it lets me have too many calories because of the biking (if I log it in) and I'm looking to stay on track with getting back down to my former weight.0

My name is Casey, from Ontario canada. 25 years old, working at a pawn shop.. My Great Dane Stella keeps me motivated to stay active. I just bought a house with my boyfriend 2 months ago, and since then have lost 20 lbs just from yard work and gardening! So I thought why not kick it up a knotch and try harder to get in shape!0
