Going to my bf's family's house on Sunday.... and I'd like to bring something healthy (this way I have something to eat! ha!) There are usually just hamburgers/hotdogs/etc. Normally I would just bring some fruit - but we'll probably be there most of the day, so i want to bring something more filling. All I can think of is chicken on salad. Looking for ideas please!

    Veggie rice wraps

    Ingredients
    Rice - White, medium-grain, cooked, 2 cup
    Rice - Brown, medium-grain, cooked, 1 cup
Cucumber - With peel, raw, 1 cucumber (8-1/4")
Deleted Duplicate - Raw Tomatoe, 1/2 sliced
    Canned - Corn, 1 container (1 4/5 cups ea.)
Goya Black Beans 15.5 oz Can - Beans, 1 container
    Onions - Raw, 0.33 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Kraft - Zesty Italian Fat Free Salad Dressing, 0.5 container (32 tbsp ea.)

Per Serving: 142 calories and 1 g fat
    Serves 10

Use what ever wraps you would like. For real healthy you can use romaine lettuce (long hearts) as a wrap.

What about marinated chicken skewers with veggies? You can grill them there and everyone will love them!

If they are grilling you could make some chicken kabobs to bring and cook on the grill, and maybe a vegetable platter to munch on.

My wife made some awesome kabobs the other day with Marinated Chicken, Pineapple, Red Bell Peppers and Onion. Very tasty and low calorie.
