Have you figured out why you were not losing weight?

If you have been on MFP for 6 months or more.

You had made changes to dietary and are exercising and had NOT lost weight or extremely slow weight loss (average of less than 2 lbs a month).

But then you started doing something that made all the difference and you are now losing 2lbs or more a week.

I'd like to hear what you it was!!
