plateau

please help with any advise, ive been dieting for about two months now and ive lost 14 lbs so far, i feel great, but ive hit a plateau. im at 166 and have been that for about 1.5 weeks (at least im not gaining). Can anyone give me advise as to what to do about getting over this plateau. Thanks

    Have you changed your dietry requirements as you've lost weight? Less cals for less lbs?

    I can not see your diary, but it could be what you are eating or NOT eating! Make sure you are eating enough calories and make sure those calories are good fuel for your body. Drink more water. Exercise more - change up your routine. Your body will change when you change (eating/exercise) routines!

    CHECK OUT THIS LINK! I USED THE SPREADSHEET HE HAS AND UP'ED MY CALORIES BECAUSE I WAS ALSO AT A PLATEAU. JUST IN 3 DAYS I HAVE GONE DOWN 1/2 LB. IT SEEMS COMPLICATED BUT HE HAS IT BROKEN DOWN IF YOU REALLY PAY ATTENTION. ALSO ON THE SPREADSHEET, IF YOU LOOK AT THE BOTTOM THERE ARE TABS TO PICK WHICH WAY YOU WANT TO ADJUST YOUR CALORIES. IT WAS A GOD SEND FOR ME CAUSE I COULDN'T MAKE HEADS OR TAILS ABOUT ANYTHING. I HOPE THE LINK HELPS YOU!
