I have ate my break and dinner and i've found now that i am hungary for my dinner, but do you need to eat dinner in order to lose weight, do you need to eat up to your set ammount? Thankyou

YOU NEED TO EAT FOR HEALTH AND ENERGY.
IF YOU ARE LYING ON THE COUCH ALL DAY, YOU WILL NEED LESS CALORIES SINCE YOU AREN'T USING MUCH.
IF YOU ARE BUSY, THEN EAT FRUIT OR YOGURT TO KEEP YOUR ENERGY LEVELS UP.DO YOU NEED TO EAT DINNER? NO
