Exercise Help!!

Okay so I have been doing this almost 3 weeks now and have lost about 10 lbs did not lose any this week stayted the same. I need some advice on how to burn caloies with out riding a bike, running or leg exercise. I have a stress fracture and can do anything on my leg till labor day weekend and that is 6 weeks if it is totally healed. I think that the reason I did not lose any weight this week is cause of the exercise. ANY ADVICE???

Shadowboxing (using your arms to do punches, uppercuts, etc.) is a great way to boost your heart rate without involving your lower body. Plus it's a great way to release all that pent-up frustration.0
