Tendonitis in my arm...

So I have been a clinical massage therapist for 4 years now and treat all sorts of ailments with posture etc. I know what I have is tendonitis which I have had multiple massage sessions on including a rolfing session which felt awesome on it, but no help at all. I have not done any curls or specific bicep work now for over a month. Now the weird part I am trying to figure out I can do dips, chin ups, push ups of many kinds, clean and press, bench, dumb bell press and NO pain at all. I even think about a curl and it would almost bring a tear to your eye. I can not even go to my end point when I flex my arm in with no weight and it not hurt.

Anyone ever deal with this... Any information would be great

Thanks all

Hey there. I have been dealing with bouts of tendonitis in my elbow for what seems like ages. The ONLY thing I have ever found that helps me is Bee Pollen. (You can get it at GNC or any health food store). I take two caplets a day and it makes a HUGE difference for me! As far as exercises go, I do a good amount of warm up on it and listen to my body. When it starts to bother me, I focus on lighter weight and higher reps.

However, from what you describe, it sounds like there may be some damage there. You are a health professional and know better than me, but I would definitely suggest having a doctor look at it just to confirm that there isn't a rip or anything.
Good luck! I know it's a major pain in the butt!
