Turbo Fire -Monday?!?!?!?

I bought Turbo Fire a year and a half to two years ago. Never really got any further than the first couple weeks of the prep schedule. WELL........... This coming Monday 6-11-12 I want to start and start the real schedule. I've never finished ANYTHING I've ever started!!!!!!! I need support! Who's in?!?!

    I'll be on week 7 on Monday. I absolutely love the program! Let me know if I can help. I just started at week 1. I didn't do the prep schedule.

    Those who didn't do the prep, were you in good shape to start? I had my 2nd kid 2 months ago and haven't done anything more strenuous than walking in the last year, I'm wondering if I should start with the prep. My program just arrived today :)

    I just did the starter video that was online for a while to get the moves down for about a week. Then I jumped right in. I'm now about to start week 7. It's intense, I'm not gonna lie. But I'm sure you'll do great! Do the "new to class" option a few times on the fire classes and you'll get the hang of it!

    I'm on day 10 and a total addict!!! I'm jumped right in following the real schedule and so far so good. I absolutely love Chalene, she an awesome instructor. All the best on the program ladies, we got this :smile:

    I was thinking of starting Monday as well. I am going with the prep schedule though, it has been a while since I have worked out regularly and I have a lot to lose. I got most of the way though the prep schedule last summer so I hope it comes back quickly!

    I've been through the Prep and regular schedule. I say start with Fire 30. If you have any problems getting through that one, I suggest beginning with the Prep schedule, or at least start at Prep Week 3. Happy Turbo-ing! :smile:
