G'day my name is Seb from Australia

Hi, everybody, back in October 2010, I weighed a terrible 96kg (212lbs), and was very unfit (I am only 1.7metres or 5"7 tall). However over the last 20 months I have lost over 20kg (45lbs), and now I weigh around 75kg (165lbs). Now I feel as fit as ever, since October 2010, I go to the gym 6 to 7 days a week, plus I play soccer. To lose the weight I have also changed my diet.
