Calculating exercise question

I am trying to figure out my TDEE and am not sure how to classify the amount of exercise I do. On a daily basis I walk at least two miles (burning about 197 calories according to my present weight) and spend about 35 minutes on the exercise bike (where I supposedly burn around 225 calories). Some days I do more, some days I don't, but I don't count anything I do in the normal course of the day. I wouldn't call what I do heavy exercise even though I do it 7 days a week but if I call it light or moderate exercise I am apparently only exercising 1-3 or 3-5 days a week. Is there a web site which helps you determine your TDEE based on calories burned or can someone tell me how I should classify my exercise?
