Ripped in 30 vs. 30 day shred

I've done the Ripped in 30 video before and just started it again this week. Has anyone done both of these DVDs? Which one do you think is more effective?

I've only started 30 day shred (just started day 1 level 2 today, on day 11 of the series) but this ripped in 30 has peaked my interest. I'm looking forward to what everyone has to say.0

Ripped in 30 is more intense than 30DS. The Shred is a good workout to begin, and then Ripped is a great way to increase your intensity. From what I understand, her Body Revolution is yet another step up from Ripped.0

Finished 30 day shred about a week ago and am doing day three of ripped in 30 today. I definitely feel like ripped is much more intense. I did 30DS with almost no breaks and with RI30 I was couldn't bring myself to do it yesterday already!:O Definitely both awesome workouts for the amount of time given!0
