:flowerforyou: Try and replace one behavior with a different one. Try and find out what triggers the eating and don't put yourself in that exact same situation. If it's eating while watching tv, try listening/dancing to music instead. If it's coming home alone, go somewhere after work first, like for a walk, to a library, or window shopping in a mall. I've lost and gained weight over the years and am now retraining old habits that aren't good for me.0
