if i lift in the morning (Stronglifts) and do zumba or bootcamp at night on some nights (these 2-workout days would only be like once or twice a week), would i be overtraining?
thanks.

If you're overtraining, you'd feel it. Constantly fatigued, workouts suffering, etc. Ideally, I would choose to reverse the order of your workouts. But that's just my preference. As long as you are feeling strong and progressing, DO EET!0

Should be fine, my understanding is that overtraining is rare and tends to be less related to how much you work out and more related to everything - your stress levels, how much you're eating. If your'e stressed, eating low cal, and try to stack on workouts, its not going to go well for you.
Just keep your body fueled0 -

I used to do that but now I learn how to do them every other day. weight training 3x a week with cardio 3x a week. so it helps a lot.0
