Shaun T does the Insanity DVD's and I hear great things about it. But I can't afford it.
I just got a email from Groupon where you can get Shaun T's Rockin' Body Workout set (7disc set) for $20. Plus $6 for shipping.
Does anyone know if this is any good? As good as Insanity? Know anything about it at all?? Tried it?
Thanks!

Not the same as Insanity. It's more of a dance workout..0

Nothing even close to Insanity...............
I was not a fan of it, but it is a good novice workout program0 -
Someone shared this link with me a while back. I think it is a Japanese site. It has some of the Insanity videos uploaded that you can play. I used it for a few weeks before I purchased the program. Do you know you can pay it out too? That's what we did to make it more affordable.

Dancing. Um, no thanks. :ohwell:0

It isn't going to be anywhere near as intense so I wouldn't expect those kind of results but if you are just starting out and looking to get moving, it would be a fine place to start until you work your way up.0

I own both Insanity and Rockin' Body. They are nothing alike.
Insanity is legit INSANE. Wicked intense and crazy workouts. I think I'm insane from doing it. haha.
Rockin' Body is fun and WAY easier. You do get a really good workout from it though. It's nothing close to Insanity, but it still gets the job done. I did all 4 weeks of the Rockin' Body and lost about 10 lbs and a total of 6 inches, so it gets the job done, just a little more slowly.0 -

He does Insanity, which everyone gets awesome results. So I have to think it will be awesome as well.
I just bought one from my groupon email.0 -
I have Rockin' Body. It's a good, but not amazing, home workout. It's better than a lot of things you'll see out there, but you won't see the mythical "1000 calorie per hour" burn that Beachbody is advertising. It's not hardcore. But it still can be an intense workout if you put it into it and some of the DVDs are fun to do.0

I bought my Insanity off ebay for $40.00...I have all the discs plus the extra "bounus" ones! There are lots of people out there who quit and just want it to go away! Also try craiglist!0
