    If that is not torture to put that on a weight loss site then I do not know what torture is. Now I will just have to make a few of these wonderful recipes although everything in moderation. :))

    I wish. Nutella is incredibly high in calories. Maybe the homemade nutella on that page is better...

    I kind of expected that's what would be on the page. What I didn't expect was my "Ehhh, whatever. Click" reaction. I guess I'm immune the charms of Nutella these days.

    It is a hazelnut spread, nuts are high calorie foods. Not saying it is nutritious or anything. But you aren't likely to find anything Nutella that is low-cal.

    This is too cruel to look at!

    Nutella was the main reason I used to have bread in my crib. I am now sad :(

    OMg! Coincidence? Just yesterday i was flicking through a newspaper and i found a Nutella Cheese Cake Recipie, and i thought, wow that sounds nice, so i copied it down on come paper.
    Best thing was they are in single serve shot glasses, so IF you can have only one, maybe it won't be sssooo bad lol.

    ^^^Looked like this, except without the cream on top ^^^

    No Bake Nutella Cheesecake - serves 12

    * 2x sleeves Oreo cookies- crushed
    * 6 Tbsp Butter - melted
    * 500g cream cheese - softened
    * 1 small jar Nutella
    * 500g whipped cream
    * 1/4 cup shaved chocolate
    * 1/4 cup Hazelnuts - Roasted and chopped

    In Medium bowl, stir together the Oreos and butter. Evenly divide the crumbs between individual serving Shot Glasses and press into bottoms of the dishes to form crust layers.

    In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and Nutella until smooth.
    Using a rubber spatula fold in the Whipped cream until well blended and not streaks remain.

    Evenly pipe or spoon the filling into individual serving glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with Chocolate Shavings and Hazelnuts.

    Not sure what the nutrition info is on Nutella, but has anyone tried the new Philadelphia Cream Cheese Indulgences? They are about 110 calories for 2 tablespoons. If you don't like cream cheese, you will like these. They taste like thick pudding. Three flavors: Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate.
    They will yummy up a plain old rice cake in seconds!!
    Enjoy

    does anyone care that nutella is basically sugar and oil? its pretty much just crap.

    Ingredients (as listed on the label):sugar, modified palm oil, hazelnuts, cocoa, skim milk, reduced minerals whey (from milk), soy lecithin: an emulsifier, vanillin: an srtificial flavour.

    I don't see an issue with occasionally enjoying something that isn't 100% healthy. Having a tablespoon of Nutella once or twice a month isn't what got me here. So, as long as I avoid sitting down with the entire jar and spoon and eating the whole thing in sitting, or avoid having it absolutely every single day, the occasional (1-2 times a month) treat of it, in all of it's sugary and oil goodness, probably isn't going to have lasting effects. Of course, this is just my opinion.
