This is probably old news to everyone, but I used a portabello mushroom for the "crust". So delicious and really satisfied my pizza craving! I used tomato sauce, turkey pepperoni & 2% mozzarella cheese. I have a happy belly now!

Here's the "recipe" I followed. I'm not an olive fan so I left those off. In the future I will add onions and/or peppers.

hmm, that sounds like one cute pizza hahah, portobellos are big but I've never thought of using it as a pizza crust, does it turn out crispy or soft? I usually use a wheat pita0
