Hello! I just recently graduated undergrad and am moving across the country for grad school. When I started undergrad, I weight 128 and a size 4/6, was super active in swimming, running, cycling, and color guard (marching band). I gained a little bit of weight that year, but nothing major. Then I got into a really bad relationship and started stress eating. Even after the relationship ended, I continued to eat and gain weight. I tried to get back into running and swimming, but had some pretty serious injuries that have left me sidelined until just recently. I've gained over 60lbs in undergrad, putting me at 188 right now (I've lost a few pounds since graduation).
I'm trying to watch what I eat, control stress eating, and get back into physical activities that I love. I have to do it slowly because of the injuries, so I'm starting with cycling, and then will be swimming when I get to my new school. I doubt I will be running again anytime soon.
I would love friends and support if anyone wants to join up!
