Just ran my 2-mile in 15:32 this morning. I've been busting *kitten* all summer to get my time under 16 minutes. When I finished, I kept on jogging for another mile.
My next step is to shave off another minute (for my army PT test). And got another 25 lbs to drop. Half way there.

Ah, its nothing to brag about. I'm still 30 lbs over weight and 6 years ago I could run the 2-mile in 14:05. But finally turning things around. It feels great too.0 -
