Allevo or smooties

I've been at this Allevo shake business for a while... i'm sick of them, and i don't think they're particularly healthy with all the addatives. There is a comparison with ordinary smoothies here:

I'm planning on swapping a few meals a week for smooties instead. I think this will be my next stragegy... any thoughts? :happy:
