    Quick Question, Do you do the video in consecutive days. Like Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday. Or do you break it down and do just cardio a few days a week ?

    Not sure if I can do Consecutive days.

    I am doing consecutive days, and still do my usual stuff, at least for the June challenge I am in. I lost 3 inches when I added up my inch loss from everywhere during the first 10 days doing this, but I had stopped losing weight and thought I needed to crank it up.

    I think if I kept it up, I would make it my strength training days and only do it a few days a week, so I say do what you think will work for you.
