You are missing an ingredient. A liquid, I assume.

I'm thinking so too but maybe the cottage cheese has enough liquid in it?

No - actually I tried it and it was still powdery. 15 gr of cottage cheese is maybe a Tablespoon. Maybe a typo. Also, 1/2 tsp of baking soda is WAY too much - tasted awful. Maybe it was supposed to be baking powder?
  • Oh my, that sounds delish!!

Do you think subbing plain non fat Greek yogurt for the cottage cheese would work or maybe vanilla flavored?

    Bump
  • hahaha yeah ooops. it's BAKING POWDER!!!!! :P not baking soda.
  • I made few mistakes! Use baking powder instead of baking soda, and 10g cottage cheese!

Tasted disgusting - not enough liquid so I added extra cheese. Was horrible and still too powdery - baking soda made it taste gross :frown: Disappointed. I bought cheese especially.

I wonder if yogurt would work in place of the cottage cheese...
