I believe bodyrock.tv is designed to be print up able. It's where I go, but I usually hand write out the routines so I can fill in my scores and track my progress in a notebook.0

Pretty sure StrongLifts 5x5 is printable or they e-mail you a PDF that you can print, I don't recall. They also have a Smartphone application.0 -

I second Activtrax.. I used to use it, and it's nice... I saw some nice results from it when I was using it regularly. It is pretty rigid though, which is what I didn't like about it and why I stopped using it.
It's also about 10 dollars a month I believe(if your gym doesn't support it... but mine does so it was free for me)0
