Here is my own personal motivation to myself.

This is me when I was 140 - 145 lbs about 3-4 years ago! I stayed that weight till about just over a year ago,

I'm now 166 ish lbs. :noway:



I was 173 lbs (I'm the one on the left) :wink: :laugh:

My first goal would be to get back to 140 lbs. I was more outgoing. I was out all the time. I was confident. I was HAPPY. And most of all. I had friends. (I didn't lose my friends due to being overweight I lost them due to never going out and bothering with them) My own fault. I let this drag on so long. And I thank everyone who's supporting me! :)

Height - 5'2 - 5'3ish

Ultimate Goal - 115 - 125 :love:

    I wish I had pictures from pre-2000 that showed my body, but I dont - and I have NO CLUE what i really looked like. I know my lower tummy poofed out more than I wanted it to, that's it.

    Me at my high school prom, grade 12. I've given up hope of ever getting close to this again! I was probably 135 at 5'10". Now I'll be happy in the 170s!

    It was the blank spaces in "through the years." When photobucket parses the url, it adds "%20" where a blank space would appear, but MFP's super-sensitive bbcode doesn't like that. So you either have to replace every instance where "%20" with a blank space (" "), or make sure there's no spaces in your album or photo names. ("throughtheyears" or "through_the_years" instead of "through the years")

    My inspiration was how I looked in a vintage 1940s dress in 1998. I was 26 years old and about 115 pounds.

    I took photos of myself in the same dress last summer, at 39 years old and about 130 pounds. I like it much better with my current body. :smile: I should try it on again, because I'm a little bit leaner than I was a year ago.
