Bacon cooked vs raw

Does anyone know offhand how much fat (and fat-based calories) drip out of the bacon during the cooking process? I look at all this grease on my paper towel after I'm done and I feel like the raw calorie count is probably not the one I should be logging.

I would also like to know this. The same is true with ground beef. I am sure they add the fat drippings to the calorie count so it probably has less calories when it is drained.0

I have always used the raw weight for either beef or bacon or any other meat. Otherwise you could always weigh it when you are done cooking it.0
