Hey All,
I am starting the Jamie Eason Live Fit Training Program in a couple of weeks here and I was just wondering when adding the excercise to myfitnesspal, should I just use the general strength training option and put the number of minutes I am working out for to figure out how many calories to input into MFP?
What was everyone's thoughts on this program? Anyone have success with it?
Thanks I appreciate it!

I'm finishing up week 1, and I have just been eating close to maintenance for my goal weight and not worrying much about logging exercise calories. When I log it, I just enter them as strength training.
I'm doing a modified version using only free weights, bands and body weight at home, since going to the gym every day is not happening. I know there has been criticism, because the program has a fair amount of isolation exercises where beginners generally do better with compound lifts. There are compound movements in each workout as well as isolation exercises, however. I like it so far. I chose to do it, because I wanted a non video based program that focused on strength, was for a finite amount of time and had lots of support available. I do have some experience with weights., though After the 90 days, I will do something else. So far, I love, love the no cardio of month 1. I also really feel my abs even though I haven't hit the ab day yet, because the dumbbells really force me to keep my core engaged.
The diet is restrictive if you follow it perfectly. I've been using it as a rough guide, trying to up my protein and limit simple carbs, stuff I should probably be doing anyway.0
